Job Title: Oracle E-Business Suite - Programmer Analyst 3
Duration: 12+ Months contract; Highly possible for long-term extension
Location: Richmond, VA, 23219
Agency Interview Type: Webcam Interview Only

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Days in office required (3 days): Tues, Wed & Thursday each week.)

We are looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Developer to join a senior application development team supporting enterprise HR and Financial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance Oracle EBS 12.2+ applications.

  • Support Oracle Financial modules: Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Purchasing.

  • Develop and maintain HR modules: iRecruitment, Human Resources, and Time and Labor.

  • Build and customize applications using Oracle Forms, Reports, JDeveloper (Java), Oracle Workflow Builder, and PL/SQL.

  • Perform systems analysis, application development, debugging, testing, and production support.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

  • Participate in Agile development, UAT, documentation, and production deployments.

Required Technical Skills:

  • 8+ years of Oracle EBS 12.2+ development experience.

  • Oracle Financials and HR modules.

  • Oracle Forms & Reports.

  • Oracle JDeveloper / Java.

  • Oracle Workflow Builder.

  • PL/SQL.

  • Linux and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Preferred Skills:

  • Azure DevOps

  • Cardinal HR / Financial

  • Power BI Paginated Reports and Dashboards
