Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Playwright / API Automation Engineer with experience in test automation, API testing, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain automated test scripts, validate application functionality, and ensure the quality and reliability of web applications and APIs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
  • Perform API automation testing and validate REST APIs.
  • Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and regression suites.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and report defects.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain test documentation and automation frameworks.
Required Skills
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright automation.
  • Strong knowledge of API testing and automation.
  • Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP methods.
  • Experience with Postman or similar API testing tools.
  • Understanding of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience:
  • Strong hands-on experience in Playwright and API automation preferred.
