Job Description

Quality Assurance Lead
Location: Pittsburgh, PA ONLY
Contract: W2 only
Overview
Managing all phases of software testing, this role requires extensive experience in functional testing, system integration testing, end-to-end testing, accessibility testing, and regression testing. The position involves leading testing efforts within a vendor-facing environment, ensuring quality standards are met, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver reliable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities

  • Managing all phases of software testing.
  • Experience in functional testing, system integration testing, end to end testing, accessibility testing, regression testing.
  • Knowledge in Performance testing.
Required Skills
  • Manual Testing: Equal priority to automation
  • Automation Testing: Equal priority to manual
  • Frameworks: Extensive experience building/maintaining Selenium frameworks
  • Tools: Master user of Jira for all project tracking
  • Methodology: Strict Scrum/Agile environments
  • Compliance: Regulatory and compliance testing background is highly preferred
  • Reporting: Accountable for stakeholder test metrics and status updates
