Senior Project Controls Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Oakland, CA that is seeking a Senior Project Controls Analyst who will be supporting project teams with schedule development, cost forecasting, budget tracking, variance analysis, reporting, and risk management. The role works closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to maintain accurate project financial and schedule data, support project documentation and change management, and provide dashboards and analysis using tools such as Excel and Power BI.

REQUIREMENTS

• Depth of project controls experience, including cost, schedule, and forecasting
• Technical proficiency with project controls tools and analytics
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and business acumen
• Construction background
• Excel experience
• Power BI experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
