This is a self-generated sales role focused on prospecting neighborhoods, building customer relationships, and closing residential pest control service agreements through direct interaction. Successful candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working outdoors, and are motivated by performance-based rewards.

Prospect residential neighborhoods through door-to-door canvassing and direct sales
Generate and close self-sourced pest control service accounts
Build rapport quickly and professionally with prospective customers
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and completed sales
Attend team meetings, sales training sessions, and performance coaching
Follow company sales processes, compliance standards, and territory guidelines
Previous door-to-door, direct sales, or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and stay disciplined in the field
Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
Coachable and eager to learn proven sales techniques
Must be at least 18 years old
