Job Title: Azure Cloud Engineer

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid 2 days onsite/week)

Job Summary

Stellantis Financial Services is seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and support secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Azure services, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, networking, security, and CI/CD pipelines. This role will work closely with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to ensure cloud environments are reliable, secure, and optimized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Build and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure Azure environments.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM, or Bicep templates.
  • Automate cloud provisioning, deployments, and operational tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or scripting.
  • Configure and manage Azure Virtual Networks (VNets), NSGs, Load Balancers, Application Gateway, VPN Gateway, and ExpressRoute.
  • Manage Azure compute services including Virtual Machines, App Services, Azure Functions, and Container Apps.
  • Deploy and administer Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and containerized applications.
  • Configure Azure Storage Accounts, Azure SQL Database, Key Vault, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
  • Implement cloud security best practices using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), RBAC, Managed Identities, and Azure Policy.
  • Build and support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
  • Monitor cloud infrastructure, troubleshoot performance issues, and optimize Azure resources.
  • Collaborate with development, security, networking, and infrastructure teams to deliver cloud solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and cloud governance policies.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering or Azure Infrastructure.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep).
  • Experience with Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage Accounts, Azure SQL, App Services, Azure Functions, and AKS.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or other CI/CD tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure networking, DNS, VPN, ExpressRoute, and Load Balancers.
  • Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
  • Knowledge of Azure security, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), RBAC, Key Vault, and Azure Policy.
  • Strong scripting skills using PowerShell, Bash, or Azure CLI.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux administration.
  • Understanding of cloud architecture, disaster recovery, backup, and high availability.
