DevOps Engineer

Join an enterprise cloud engineering team delivering high-impact automation and infrastructure solutions for major Health & Life Sciences initiatives. You will be responsible for architecting and managing end-to-end continuous integration and deployment pipelines, elevating cloud platform reliability, and empowering development teams to deploy scalable, secure software with speed and confidence.

responsibilities:

• Architect, build, and optimize enterprise CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and YAML.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and data workflows with Terraform and Databricks Asset Bundles.
• Define and enforce governance standards for Git branching, environment promotion, and release configuration.
• Embed enterprise security across pipelines using service principals, key vaults, and role-based access controls.
• Partner with engineering leads to debug pipeline issues, optimize build performance, and improve continuous deployment maturity.

qualifications:

Bachelor's of Engineering degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.

5+ years of hands-on DevOps and cloud platform experience utilizing Azure DevOps.

Extensive experience writing declarative CI/CD pipelines in YAML and scripting with Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform.

Proven background in version control governance and advanced Git branching workflows.

6+ years of applying continuous improvement methodologies to technical processes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience supporting Healthcare or Health Payer systems and data environments.

Hands-on experience deploying Databricks Asset Bundles or large-scale data platforms.

Container orchestration knowledge using Docker and Kubernetes.

Current Azure Certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
