Thinking Minds' client is looking for an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to translate ambiguous customer needs into production-grade data, evaluation, and ML-assisted workflows. This high-impact role focuses on end-to-end ownership of the AI data pipeline lifecycle, including developing and deploying ML-based workflows and building technical foundations for human-in-the-loop (HITL) data generation and review.

Role Overview
You will partner closely with the DaaS Delivery Operations team and cross-functional stakeholders to develop technical specifications, design evaluation workflows, and implement quality standards.

Your work will include creating measurement frameworks and ML-assisted applications to improve data pipelines and unblock projects through technical innovation. This role requires comfort working throughout the delivery lifecycle and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
