What You’ll Do
As an Insurance CSR with a sales focus, you’ll combine outstanding customer service with proactive sales efforts:
Manage agency-provided leads from quote to policy issuance
Review existing coverage and recommend tailored insurance solutions
Service current clients by processing policy changes and conducting annual reviews
Guide clients through the claims process with professionalism and care
Keep client data and coverage details updated in the agency system
What We’re Looking For
Active Property & Casualty and Life licenses (required)
Proven ability to generate new business and close sales
Strong customer service skills and relationship focus
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
A motivated team player with a positive attitude
