Associate Systems Administrator

Seeking an Associate Systems Administrator to support Windows Server and IT infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with server administration, virtualization, storage, backups, patching, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, upgrade, and monitor Windows Servers.
• Manage storage systems, backups, accounts, and system documentation.
• Deploy and document software patches and updates.
• Support virtualization, remote access, asset management, and server monitoring tools.
• Provide Tier 2 infrastructure troubleshooting and application support.
• Work with Windows, Linux, storage, and virtualization platforms.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant Systems Administration experience.
• Strong Windows Server administration experience.
• Experience with VMware/Virtualization, Storage, or Backup.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
