Workato Technical Integration Developer

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Workato Recipes to integrate enterprise applications and automate business workflows.
Build custom Workato connectors using the Workato SDK when out-of-the-box connectors are unavailable.
Manage integration lifecycle, environments, deployments, and instances.
Develop and maintain data mappings, transformations, and integration documentation.
Monitor Workato platform performance, task consumption, job runs, and failures.
Participate in UAT and testing with business users before production deployment.
Troubleshoot integration issues and communicate deployment updates and production-impacting errors to stakeholders.
Work closely with corporate systems and HR teams to deliver reliable enterprise integrations.

Required Skills:
5+ years of hands-on Workato development experience.
Proven experience building 100+ Workato recipes.
Strong understanding of API development and integration.
Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP architectures.
Experience with authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, Basic Authentication, and JWT.
Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Zoho, or similar systems.
Experience with identity management platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID and Okta.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
SQL experience is preferred.
