Business Support Coordinator

MBNL is looking for a proactive and highly organised Business Support Coordinator to provide professional operational, governance and business support across the organisation. This is a varied role where you'll work closely with leaders, colleagues, suppliers and shareholders, helping to coordinate activities, improve processes and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business operations.
You'll be a trusted point of contact, building strong relationships across the business and delivering a responsive, customer-focused service that helps people achieve their goals.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives, events, volunteering activities and recognition programmes.
- Coordinating executive and departmental communications.
- Organising meetings, governance forums, leadership events and business activities.
- Preparing agendas, presentations, reports, briefing packs and meeting documentation.
- Tracking actions, decisions, risks and dependencies to ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinating business planning, reporting and governance activities.
- Managing purchase orders, supplier administration and business support services.
- Supporting office operations, facilities and workplace administration.
- Assisting with health, safety, wellbeing and emergency response activities.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
- Providing a proactive and customer-focused support service to leaders and teams.
What we're looking for
- Experience in a business support, administration or coordination role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience coordinating meetings, managing actions and handling stakeholder communications.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- High levels of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and continuous improvement mindset.
- A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great service.
