Required Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform.
Experience with Operations Excellence / Process Optimization initiatives.
Expertise in requirements gathering, business process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation.
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows, catalogs, forms, and integrations.
Experience supporting UAT, SIT, and defect management.
