Salesforce Business Analyst

Introduction: The Salesforce Business Analyst will play a key role in the migration from Oracle Eloqua to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This individual will be responsible for gathering and documenting business and functional requirements, analyzing existing Eloqua campaigns, and working closely with business users, architects, and developers during the migration process.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and functional requirements for migration from Oracle Eloqua to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Analyze existing Eloqua campaigns, assets, journeys, forms, landing pages, and data model.
• Prepare mapping documents between Eloqua and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Work closely with business users, architects, and developers during migration.
• Support UAT, data validation, and production rollout.
• Identify process improvements and recommend Marketing Cloud best practices.

Requirements:

• 6–10 years of overall experience with hands-on experience in Eloqua and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
