Description:

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with 7–10 years of experience supporting mainframe-based business operations, process optimization, and functional requirement delivery. The ideal candidate should possess strong business analysis skills along with a solid understanding of SDLC concepts and Mainframe technologies including COBOL, JCL, and Mainframe utilities.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Seasoned Business Analyst with 7–10 years of experience supporting mainframe-based business operations, process optimization, and functional requirement delivery in a hybrid work model.
• Analyze current business processes, identify gaps and modernization opportunities, and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
• Collaborate with business, operations, development, and QA teams to validate solutions, support UAT, perform impact analysis, and ensure alignment with business and non-functional requirements.
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, root cause analysis, reporting, documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with internal controls and data protection standards.

Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies.
• Experience working with Mainframe technologies including COBOL, JCL, and Mainframe utilities.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation.
• Experience supporting UAT, impact analysis, and solution validation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an onsite environment.
