Business Analyst

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical development teams. In this role, you will lead requirement gathering, manage Agile workflows, and drive key healthcare system integrations (including HRTS and US SAFR).

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Location: Nashville, TN (Must be a TN resident or willing to establish TN residency prior to start)

Interview Mode: Webcam or In-Person

Key Skills & Qualifications We're Looking For:

• Requirement Gathering: Proven expertise translating business needs into detailed technical requirements, process workflows, and UAT plans.
• Agile & Azure DevOps: Hands-on experience writing user stories, backlog items, and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps (or similar Agile tools).
• Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare IT, hospital operational workflows, or health data integrations.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Strong facilitation skills to align developers, testers, project managers, and external partners.
• Production & Integration Support: Track record of driving system integrations, validating functionality, and solving post-implementation issues.
