SAP Enterprise Application Lead (M/F)

You will lead the governance, evolution, and adoption of the SAP Cloud ERP landscape across the organization. In this strategic role, you will drive SAP transformation and migration initiatives, ensure alignment between IT and business needs, oversee application governance, and support the optimization of key business processes while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of SAP experience, including implementations, migrations, and upgrade projects
• Strong expertise with SAP Cloud ERP environments
• Solid knowledge of business processes such as Finance, Source-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, Lead-to-Cash, and Supply Chain
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and SAP governance initiatives
• Strong background in change management and stakeholder management
• Strategic mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills
• Professional fluency in English
• French, Italian, or other European languages are a plus
• Availability for occasional travel to support workshops and deployments
