Product Owner

Iring TX(Hybrid- 3 days onsite in a week)

About the job

We are looking for a hands-on Product Owner with experience in Generative AI, prompt engineering, and technology product delivery.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of product management, Agile methodologies, and software development processes, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

The role will involve working on innovative technology initiatives, including AI-powered applications, marketing automation, campaign management, and workflow automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage product backlogs, roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and engineering teams to deliver technology solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable product features and technical specifications.
  • Work on AI-driven products, Generative AI solutions, and prompt engineering initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve business processes.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product demonstrations.
  • Coordinate product development, testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Work across multiple technology projects and business domains.

Required Skills

  • 3–10 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a related technology product role.
  • Strong experience in Agile/Scrum, backlog management, user stories, and product delivery.
  • Hands-on experience or practical working knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
  • Good technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, application development, and data workflows.
  • Experience working closely with software engineering and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or other AI platforms.
  • Experience delivering AI-enabled products or automation solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, SaaS applications, and enterprise platforms.
  • Exposure to marketing automation, campaign management, or CRM platforms is a plus, but not required.
