About the Role

As an IT Support Officer at Ormond College, you will have the opportunity to leverage your strong communication and exceptional customer service skills to become a vital part of our IT support team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing, troubleshooting and escalating day-to-day IT issues across the College community.

Key Responsibilities

• Hardware and software support, equipment set-ups, and meeting room conference support
• Following ITIL service management processes
• Service desk ticketing system call logging and updating in accordance with SLAs
• Assisting with IT changes and upgrades as directed
• Other duties as directed by Leadership

Eligibility

Applicants must be 18 years or older and 2nd or 3rd year Ormond residential student in 2027.

Successful applicants will also need to hold or obtain a Working with Children Check (Employee) and complete a GBV declaration if successful.

Students may hold a maximum of 2 casual Ormond roles at one time.
