About the RoleThe role will proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues impacting staff productivity, including Microsoft 365 application stability, user profile management, authentication services, Cloud technologies, endpoint performance and Citrix performance and reliability. Working closely with managed service providers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders, the position will drive root cause analysis, service improvements, and technology optimisation initiatives to enhance the overall digital employee experience.

- The resource should be capable of diagnosing and optimizing the Citrix environment.

- Build, provision and deploy laptops for new starters and role
- Perform device wipe, retirement and reallocation processes
- Support meeting room connectivity
- Administer room accounts/resources used for Teams-enabled rooms
- Tertiary qualified (i.e. University Degree / TAFE Diploma) or relevant business/technical qualifications
- Experience with ITIL-aligned service management practices, including incident, request, change and problem management.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to support non-technical users and communicate clearly during incidents or service disruptions.
- Basic PowerShell or automation experience for Microsoft 365, endpoint administration, reporting and repeatable support tasks.
- Strong knowledge in Windows endpoint support and device lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 admin and user support
- Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and security/monitoring tooling coverage (Defender/ Mimecast/ Intune).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior End User Computing, Digital Workspace, Citrix Engineering or Systems Engineering role.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies.
- Experience managing complex technical incidents and driving problem management outcomes.
- Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and third-party technology vendors.
- Experience implementing service improvements that enhance system performance, reliability and user satisfaction.
- Proven ability to translate technical issues into business impacts and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
