The Role

• Serve as a technical leader across system architecture, analysis, integration, and verification for underwater vehicles and sensor systems.
• Lead and support the development of technical documentation, Authority to Operate (ATO) packages, and system safety analyses.
• Develop system-level test strategies and coordinate verification and validation activities.
• Oversee the Technical Data Package, ensuring technical integrity and compliance.
• Perform and review reliability and safety analyses, including FMEA and FMECA.
• Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices using Cameo for requirements and architecture management.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Math.
• 8 years of experience with subsea maritime systems or other integrated electro-mechanical systems.
• 8+ years of experience leading integrated teams.
• Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) technical program execution.
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.
• Familiarity with UUVs, deployed subsea systems, and underwater payloads is preferred.
