As we continue to expand, we're looking for passionate sales professionals with prior media sales experience to join our growing team.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 1-3 years of experience in Media Sales who can identify business opportunities, acquire new clients, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have prior experience selling advertising solutions across media platforms and possess strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Acquire new advertisers, brands, agencies, and corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, media agencies, and decision-makers.
- Understand client marketing objectives and recommend suitable advertising solutions.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, media plans, and commercial quotations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and client servicing.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising opportunities.

- 1-3 years of Media Sales experience.
- Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Good understanding of advertising and marketing solutions.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in meeting CXOs, Marketing Heads, and Brand Managers.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Passion for sales, growth, and client success.
