Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager – Hardware Operations to lead complex hardware initiatives across R&D, Finance, Product Planning, Manufacturing, HR, and other business organizations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of technical program management, semiconductor/hardware engineering, and manufacturing experience, with a proven ability to establish operating mechanisms, governance processes, leadership reviews, metrics, and dashboards that drive accountability and execution.

Semiconductor / IC / ASIC / Hardware Manufacturing experience is highly important for this role.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

  • 10+ years of IT and/or Engineering experience.

  • 8+ years of experience managing hardware initiatives across organizations such as:

    • R&D

    • Finance

    • Product Planning

    • Manufacturing

    • HR

    • Business Operations

  • 5+ years developing and maintaining organizational operating mechanisms, leadership reviews, metrics, dashboards, and governance processes.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with semiconductor, IC/ASIC, packaging, interconnect, photonics, or related hardware technologies.

  • Strong experience working with hardware development and manufacturing organizations.

  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs from planning through execution.

  • Strong understanding of hardware product development, engineering processes, and manufacturing operations.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and leadership skills.
