Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft ERP Developer with strong technical expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Oracle SQL, and SQR, along with hands-on experience in Benefits Administration and/or Pension Administration.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing, enhancing, and supporting PeopleSoft applications, including Application Engine programs, XML Publisher reports, and data mapping solutions. Experience with web services and system integrations is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, maintain, and enhance PeopleSoft ERP applications.
  • Design, develop, and troubleshoot PeopleCode, SQR programs, and Application Engine processes.
  • Support Benefits Administration and/or Pension Administration functionality.
  • Write, optimize, and maintain Oracle SQL queries and database processes.
  • Develop and maintain reports using XML Publisher.
  • Perform data mapping, data transformation, and validation activities.
  • Support PeopleSoft application integrations and web services.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver project requirements.
  • Support application testing, debugging, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of hands-on PeopleTools experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Benefits Administration and/or Pension Administration.
  • Strong experience with Oracle SQL, SQR, and PeopleCode.
  • Hands-on experience with Application Engine development.
  • Experience developing reports using XML Publisher.
  • Knowledge of data mapping, data transformation, and data validation.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with PeopleSoft web services and integrations.
  • Experience supporting enterprise PeopleSoft ERP applications.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and functional teams.
