Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React, Java, and Agentic AI to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive full-stack development experience, with a strong emphasis on frontend engineering and hands-on experience building AI-powered agentic workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end full-stack applications.

• Build scalable, responsive frontend applications using React.

• Develop backend services and APIs using Java and related technologies.

• Design and orchestrate Agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as Google ADK.

• Implement AI agent collaboration patterns, including MCP, Agent-to-Agent (A2A), and sub-agents.

• Integrate AI capabilities, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), REST APIs, and GraphQL APIs.

• Work with SQL databases and real-time processing technologies.

• Apply secure authentication and authorization practices using OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC).

• Follow SDLC best practices, Agile methodologies, CI/CD, automated testing, and secure coding standards.

• Improve application performance, scalability, resiliency, and operational stability.

• Leverage approved AI-assisted development tools for coding, code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting.

• Establish standards for validating AI-generated code for correctness, performance, security, and compliance.

• Mentor engineers and promote responsible AI adoption within software development workflows.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of end-to-end full-stack application development experience.

• Advanced proficiency in React, with strong hands-on frontend development experience.

• Strong proficiency in Java and at least one additional programming language.

• Practical experience developing and orchestrating Agentic AI workflows; this is a mandatory requirement.

• Experience with Google ADK or similar agentic AI frameworks.

• Hands-on knowledge of MCP, A2A patterns, and multi-agent/sub-agent architectures.

• Experience with RAG, REST and GraphQL APIs, SQL databases, and real-time processing.

• Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and OIDC.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.

• Practical experience with cloud-native platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Cloud Foundry.

• Experience with system design, application development, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Proven ability to guide teams in the safe, secure, and effective use of AI-assisted software engineering tools.
