Open Banking Feature Lead
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid)
Role Overview
This position is for an Open Banking Channel Feature Lead responsible for guiding a development team to deliver user interface and API-based service components. The role involves managing vendor and Fintech API integrations for both inbound and outbound data sharing, enabling clients to achieve a comprehensive view of their banking data. This position supports a platform used by millions of customers, where stability, resiliency, and scalability are critical.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development team in delivering user interface and API-based services components.
• Facilitate Scrum routines, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demos, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and development team to prioritize and define user stories using JIRA.
• Maintain a healthy Product and Sprint backlog in partnership with the Product Owner.
• Provide visibility into the Agile team's delivery plans and progress to stakeholders.
• Interface with development and infrastructure teams to support end-to-end transaction flow resiliency.
• Measure team delivery, maturity, and performance, using metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a strategic thinker with proven execution ability.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Technical subject matter expertise with an understanding of APIs, OAuth 2 authorization framework, gateway technologies, and monitoring concepts.
• Understanding of API and data exchange principles.
• Knowledge of financial industry standards such as Open Financial Exchange (OFX), Durable Data API (DDA), and/or Financial Data Exchange (FDX).
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with RESTful patterns and the OAuth 2 authorization framework.
