The Role

• Deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects, identifying their financial needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects to build loyalty and identify opportunities.
• Provide advice and guidance on a range of financial solutions including everyday banking, investments, lending, and small business offerings.
• Support customer transaction needs and assist with growing the business by generating new relationships within the community.
• Ensure accurate data entry and provide recommendations for lending applications in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Act as a key member of a collaborative branch and market team.

What You'll Need

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial services or a related field.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions, including retail investments and lending products.
• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role, with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connections with customers.
• Aptitude for listening, problem-solving, and responding flexibly to challenges.
• Confident in using digital tools and applications.
