The Role

• Manage the repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including the calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Oversee technical and operational aspects of the service center, ensuring adherence to company standards and managing daily operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service from order intake to vehicle handover.
• Handle customer billing, manage receivables, and process incoming orders.
• Implement quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with audit standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training with relevant experience, preferably as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to obtain a relevant certification or already hold a management qualification.
• A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and proficiency in PC operations.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and maintain a high level of trust.
