We're hiring for a leading automotive glass repair and replacement company with over 410 service centers and 170 mobile units across Germany. The Role

• Lead all technical and operational aspects of the service center, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Oversee the repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including calibration of advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).
• Manage customer interactions from service booking to vehicle handover, providing exceptional service.
• Handle invoicing, customer payment processing, and order management.
• Ensure quality assurance measures are implemented and maintained, including inventory management and audit compliance.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with preferred experience as a master automotive technician or in a similar role.
• Willingness to obtain or possession of a relevant operational management certification.
• A valid Class B driver's license and strong German language proficiency.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and general PC skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, in a team, and foster trusting, collaborative relationships.
