Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong backend and frontend development experience to build and maintain scalable enterprise applications in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, Angular, MongoDB, and Oracle.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Implement event-driven and asynchronous application architectures.
  • Develop responsive front-end applications using Angular.
  • Design and optimize solutions using MongoDB and Oracle.
  • Create and maintain unit tests and participate in code reviews.
  • Support CI/CD and deployment processes.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development activities.
  • Ensure application quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Create and maintain technical and design documentation.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
  • Contribute to technical assessments, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvement.

Required Technical Skills

Required Experience

  • 5+ years: Java 17+, Spring Boot, REST API development, and Microservices Architecture
  • 3+ years: Event-Driven Architecture, Angular, MongoDB, Oracle Database, JPA/Hibernate, and Maven/Gradle
  • 2+ years: CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub/Bitbucket, and Agile/Scrum
  • 2+ years: Healthcare domain experience, preferably with Claims, Membership, Provider, or Clinical Applications
