The Role

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retail partners, focusing on meeting shopper needs.
• Build and maintain product displays, including end caps and shelf arrangements.
• Manage product rotation and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
• Ensure optimal product placement and visibility on shelves.
• Collaborate with store teams to execute merchandising plans effectively.

What You'll Need

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Prior sales and/or account management experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in using a smartphone or tablet to record work details.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to various work locations.
