Job DescriptionSyteline ERP Operations Consultant (Remote)\n\nA rapidly growing technology consulting organization is seeking an experienced Syteline Operations Consultant to join its remote team.

The company partners with organizations across North America and internationally, helping businesses maximize the value of their technology investments through enterprise software solutions, cloud services, business intelligence, infrastructure consulting, and cybersecurity initiatives.\nIn this role, you will work directly with clients to assess business challenges, recommend and implement Syteline solutions, conduct training sessions, and support ERP-related initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver with hands-on Syteline experience who can work effectively both independently and as part of a project team.\n\nLocation: Remote (no relocation required) + Travel\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Diagnose and resolve Syteline system issues, providing front-line support and troubleshooting assistance.\n Facilitate business process assessments and identify opportunities for operational improvement.\n Configure and support Syteline ERP functionality based on client business requirements.\n Deliver end-user training across ERP functional areas, including inventory, production, sales, scheduling, engineering, and related business processes.\n Assist with data conversion, migration, and validation activities during Syteline implementations and upgrades.\n Develop functional requirements and specifications for customizations, integrations, reports, and system enhancements.\n Create and execute project plans, identify resource needs, set priorities, and monitor task progress.\n Provide project estimates and ensure deliverables are completed according to established timelines.\n Serve as a key contributor on Syteline ERP implementation, optimization, and upgrade projects for client organizations.\n Support organizational change management efforts and user adoption throughout implementation engagements.\n Collaborate closely with customers and internal project teams to manage priorities and communicate project status effectively.\n Provide ongoing Syteline support and recommendations to help clients maximize their ERP investment.\n Maintain relevant ERP certifications and current Syteline product knowledge.\n Accurately record time, expenses, and project-related activities within internal systems.\n\nQualifications\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n Previous experience as an ERP consultant or working within an ERP-driven manufacturing environment.\n Hands-on experience with Syteline ERP, including Syteline Version 9 and/or Version 10.\n Experience supporting Syteline implementations, upgrades, optimization, or ongoing ERP operations.\n Strong understanding of manufacturing and operational business processes.\n Syteline certification is highly desirable.\n Strong verbal and written communication skills.\n Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also managing responsibilities independently.\n Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.\n Experience interacting directly with clients and supporting business transformation initiatives.\n Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.\n\n
