Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in software development with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow development.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Client Scripts).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and Service Portal.
• Expertise in integration technologies like REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
• Experience with ServiceNow Development tools like Studio, Source Control, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation on the ServiceNow platform.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in working in an Agile environment.
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business users, stakeholders, and other technical teams.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing requirements and environments.

 Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration with third-party systems (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory, etc.).
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom UI development.
• Familiarity with DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines in ServiceNow development.
