The Role

• Represent the brand at retail stores, trade shows, and local events.
• Engage with potential customers and generate interest in premium window and door solutions.
• Convert conversations into qualified leads by scheduling in-home consultation appointments.
• Set up and maintain professional and eye-catching product displays.

What You'll Need

• Reliable transportation for travel to various retail locations and events.
• A naturally outgoing personality with a passion for starting conversations and connecting with people.
• The ability to handle rejection confidently and maintain a positive attitude.
• A genuine enjoyment of helping customers and making a great first impression.
• Comfort with physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs for display setup.
• Ability to remain on your feet and mobile throughout your shift.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Flexibility to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
