Power Platform Administrator

Role: Power Platform Administrator
Location: Cincinnati, OH – Hybrid (3 days onsite/week), onsite from Day 1
 

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of Microsoft Power Platform Administration
• Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Power Platform Governance, Security, DLP policies, environments, roles & permissions
• Experience with ALM, solution deployment, pipelines, release management & environment promotion
• Hands-on Dynamics 365 administration and support
• Strong troubleshooting of applications, flows, integrations, security, and performance issues
• Experience with platform monitoring, licensing, capacity, backup/recovery, and operational support
• Experience supporting/mentoring citizen developers
• Knowledge of API integrations, custom connectors, and enterprise data sources
• Preferred: CoE Starter Kit, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure/M365, PowerShell
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Certification: Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics 365 certification is a plus.
