Network / System Engineer

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Copilot Studio Operations Support - Remote position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Pennington, NJ and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.
This role is for a Copilot Studio Ops team member responsible for providing L3 support for the Copilot Studio platform, agents, and integrations. The successful candidate will own the incident lifecycle from triage to resolution, manage environment provisioning, and monitor agent performance using Azure tools.
Responsibilities:

• Provide L3 support for Copilot Studio platform, agents, and integrations
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with Ops/Cloud Engineering teams
• Own the incident lifecycle: lead triage, engage appropriate teams, communicate status, and drive resolution
• Handle environment provisioning requests and intake processes
• Manage Azure access & roles and Power Platform / Copilot Studio admin permissions
• Secure elevated access and compliance controls
• Monitor agent performance, usage, and reliability using Copilot Studio analytics and Azure monitoring tools
• Analyze conversation outcomes, errors, and trends to drive improvements
• Assist developers in troubleshooting agent issues, connectors, and platform constraints
• Enforce governance standards for agents, connectors, and data access
• Support the end-to-end agent lifecycle
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Copilot Studio / Power Platform
• Good experience with Azure (IAM, monitoring, platform services)
• Understanding of APIs & connectors (REST, custom connectors)
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Azure Application Insights and Copilot Studio Analytics
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender / Purview
• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell / Python preferred)
• Exposure to AI/ML or conversational AI platforms
• Experience with ServiceNow

Desired skills:

• Java/.NET experience
• Strong incident management skills (ITIL preferred)
• Experience troubleshooting distributed systems
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and curiosity
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Pay range: $58.31 - $66.31 per hour
