Sales Administrator

Support customer orders from entry through fulfillment by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Production, Shipping, and customers. Track order status, resolve discrepancies, prepare order documents, maintain ERP/CRM records, and assist with sales reporting. This hybrid role requires regular onsite presence and offers remote work options.

Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders and verify pricing, quantities, and delivery details.
• Coordinate orders from receipt through shipment with Sales, Production, and Shipping teams.
• Monitor order status, identify delays, and expedite orders as needed.
• Respond to customer questions and provide order confirmations, updates, and documentation.
• Resolve order, shipping, or billing discrepancies with internal teams.
• Maintain order records and prepare invoices, confirmations, and sales activity reports.
