About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Guidewire Developer to join a challenging enterprise insurance technology initiative.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, Gosu, Java, configuration, integration, and SQL, with the ability to develop and support complex insurance business processes.

This opportunity is ideal for a technically strong Guidewire professional who enjoys solving complex challenges across insurance policy administration, claims processing, integrations, and cloud-enabled delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and enhance Guidewire Insurance Suite applications, particularly PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter.

Customize the Guidewire Entity Model, including data-model extensions and business-specific entities.

Develop and maintain Guidewire integrations using plugins, messaging, web services, and APIs.

Configure PolicyCenter administration functions, job processes, and business-rule validations.

Implement ClaimCenter Line of Business configurations, validation rules, and approval-routing logic.

Develop and troubleshoot SQL queries for data validation and application support.

Work with Gosu, Java, PCF, and Guidewire application components.

Support claims financials, assignments, document production, and ISO-related processes.

Collaborate with technical architects, business analysts, QA teams, and insurance stakeholders.

Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and production support.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Strong Guidewire configuration and development experience.

Guidewire Entity Model and data-model customization.

Guidewire Integration Framework, including plugins and messaging.

Strong SQL knowledge.

PolicyCenter administration and job-process configuration.

Guidewire business-rule validation.

ClaimCenter Line of Business configuration.

ClaimCenter business-rule validation and approval routing.

Preferred Technical Skills

Java and Gosu programming.

Guidewire PCF and UI architecture.

Web services, ESB, REST/SOAP APIs.

PolicyCenter validation rules and activity patterns.

ClaimCenter financials, assignments, document production, and ISO.

ClaimCenter technical jobs and out-of-the-box web services.

Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source-control repositories.

Azure API Management, OpenAPI/Swagger, OAuth, and web API development.
