Position: Sr. Enterprise Support Developer
Compensation: $55 - 70 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Fully Remote
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sr. Enterprise Support Developer to join their team!
This is a high-impact contract opportunity for a full-stack developer who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and supporting business-critical applications. You'll help keep enterprise tools running smoothly while building smart, modern solutions that improve reliability, streamline support, and create lasting value across the team.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support and enhance business-critical applications and workflows.
• Take ownership of tools moving from delivery into production.
• Diagnose issues and implement lasting root-cause solutions.
• Build improvements across front-end, back-end, data, and integrations.
• Develop AI agents and automation to improve support processes.
• Monitor solution health, jobs, performance, and data quality.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and support knowledge bases.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize work and communicate progress.
• Mentor junior developers and provide code reviews.
• Support testing, releases, rollback planning, and post-release validation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years developing and supporting production applications.
• Strong experience with Python, SQL, Azure, Git, and React.
• Hands-on background troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Experience enhancing or refactoring applications built by others.
• Experience with release management and root-cause analysis.
• Exposure to APIs, databases, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience building or supporting generative AI or AI agents.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Streamlit or Power Automate.
• Exposure to Claude or similar AI-assisted development tools.
• Background with Power BI, Spotfire, Alteryx, or Palantir.
• Familiarity with dbt.
• Experience supporting analytics or enterprise data tools.
• Knowledge of oil and gas data or business processes.
