responsibilities:

Function as a Product Owner for Customer Contact Center digital products and applications, defining future-state capabilities.

Develop and maintain user stories, detailed business requirements, business policies, and project documentation.

Participate actively in agile scrum rituals including story grooming, sprint planning, and daily standups.

Collaborate with UX, development (IT), and QA teams to define story boundaries, overall strategy, and scope.

Define, document, and test real-world business use cases and workflows with cross-functional stakeholders.

Manage and prioritize backlogs, develop project plans, track performance, and proactively mitigate risks.

qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

3-5+ years of experience in business product analysis, digital product management, or workflow optimization.

1-2+ years of experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Proven track record of writing detailed user stories and business requirements.

Willingness to work hybrid (3 days onsite per week in Chicago, IL).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience within Customer Contact Center operations or customer service environments.

Hands-on experience with process mapping and swim lane diagrams.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
