Bilingual Entry Level Recruiter

We are a fast-growing staffing agency looking for a motivated and organized Recruiter to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in recruiting and staffing.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in warehouse and light industrial positions. You will play a key role in helping clients meet their staffing needs while ensuring candidates have a positive experience.

Location: Dallas, TX 75220

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Pay: $18/hr + commission

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates using job boards, social media, and other platforms
• Screen applicants and conduct phone/in-person interviews
• Coordinate onboarding and hiring processes
• Check in new hires at job sites (warehouses, fulfillment centers, etc.)
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Fill open job orders quickly and efficiently
• Assist with last-minute staffing requests
• Maintain accurate records in the system

Requirements:

• Bilingual (Fluent English/Spanish)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation (local travel may be required)
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
