Senior SailPoint Engineer (HandsOn)

Overview
Seeking a senior, handson SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Engineer to design, build, enhance, and support our enterprise identity governance platform. This role is highly technical and includes engineering, troubleshooting, and production support.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement enhancements, integrations, and workflow improvements in SailPoint ISC.

Build/configure ISC components, connectors, rules, transforms, and provisioning workflows.

Develop custom logic for lifecycle events, policies, and automation.

Create and execute test plans; deploy updates with minimal production impact.

Investigate and resolve ISC issues from configuration defects to highseverity production problems.

Monitor system health, performance, and integration stability; recommend reliability and automation improvements.

Required Experience

5 10+ years handson IAM engineering experience.

Strong expertise with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud; IdentityIQ a plus.

Deep knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access certification, provisioning workflows, AD/Azure AD, REST APIs, and integration patterns.

Strong troubleshooting and production support background.

Clear, effective communication with technical and business stakeholders.
