AWS Contact Center Foundation Engineer - (Amazon Connect, Amazon Bedrock), Onsite - 69473

We have an immediate need for an experienced AWS Contact Center Foundation Engineer with strong expertise in Amazon Connect, Amazon Bedrock, and AWS Cloud Services to design, implement, and support scalable, AI-powered cloud contact center solutions.

This is an onsite position based in Plano/San Antonio/Dallas, TX for a candidate with deep experience in Amazon Connect, Amazon Bedrock, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch, Amazon S3, DynamoDB, EventBridge, Amazon Lex, Python, Node.js, or Java, along with strong knowledge of IVR, contact flows, CTI, call routing, omnichannel communication, call recording, and agent desktop solutions.

No subcontracting is permitted on this position. Candidates must be willing to work directly on our payroll.
