Job Description

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Platform Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow UI Development and AI capabilities. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in developing, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions while leveraging AI-driven features to enhance platform capabilities.
Required Skills:
10+ years of IT experience with 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development.
Strong experience with ServiceNow Platform Development.
Expertise in UI Builder, Service Portal, Workspace, and Now Experience Framework.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience developing Custom Applications, Workflows, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party integrations.
Experience with AI-powered ServiceNow capabilities, including Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, and Generative AI.
Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps modules.
Experience with Performance Analytics and Reporting.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable ServiceNow applications and platform solutions.
Build modern user interfaces using UI Builder, Service Portal, and Now Experience.
Implement AI-driven solutions using ServiceNow AI capabilities to improve automation and user experience.
Develop and customize workflows, integrations, and platform components.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Optimize platform performance, security, and scalability.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Additional certifications in ServiceNow AI, ITSM, or Platform Implementation are a plus.
