Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Front End Development with strong React.js experience to design and develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly web applications.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of user-cantered design principles, frontend development best practices, and the ability to transform wireframes and mock-ups into high-quality, production-ready interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces that deliver an exceptional user experience.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and developers to gather requirements and translate them into engaging UI designs.
Develop responsive web applications using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch designs into reusable React components.
Create and maintain reusable UI components and design systems.
Ensure applications are optimized for performance, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
Work closely with backend developers to integrate REST APIs.
Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, frontend technologies, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a related field.
4+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Web Design.
Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
Strong understanding of component-based architecture.
Experience working with RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of Git and modern development workflows.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
