RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client seeking a Change Management Senior Lead in Miami, FL.

Summary

The Senior Lead, Change Management is responsible for establishing and leading the change management function for enterprise technology initiatives. This role develops the frameworks, governance, processes, and strategies required to drive successful adoption of technology solutions while ensuring alignment between technology teams and business operations.

Responsibilities

Build and Scale the Change Management Practice:

• Establish change management methodologies, standards, templates, governance, and success metrics
• Develop scalable processes for change readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption measurement, and reinforcement
• Create frameworks that support both technology-driven initiatives and business-led technology requests
• Build and mentor a growing team of change management professionals as program demand increases

Lead Change Strategy for Technology Programs:

• Own end-to-end change management strategies for large-scale technology initiatives
• Partner with stakeholders early in the project lifecycle to assess organizational impacts and influence solution decisions
• Evaluate readiness across diverse employee populations, including operational and frontline teams
• Identify adoption risks, resistance points, process impacts, and capability gaps, and implement mitigation plans
• Collaborate with Product Management, Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, and other key teams to embed change management throughout the delivery lifecycle

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Information Systems, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of change management experience supporting large-scale business and technology transformations
• Proven success leading enterprise technology implementations, digital transformations, or operational modernization initiatives
• Experience managing complex stakeholder groups across multiple business functions and geographic locations
• Demonstrated ability to build or scale a change management practice from the ground up
• Prosci, CCMP, or similar change management certification preferred
• Experience in hospitality, cruise, logistics, retail, or other operationally intensive industries is highly desirable

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
