Location: Denver, CO (Onsite)

We are looking to fulfil an urgent requirement at Denver, US. This is a local position with 5 days work from office.

• Local Denver candidates is preferred, who can come to in-person interviews.
• Outside candidates need to take interview from vendor office or local Client office, this is REQUIRED 

 Job Description 

• BS Engineering with 10+ years in Wi-Fi device interoperability testing, with 3+ years in an onsite lead role embedded with a client directly owning test strategy, and day-to-day execution oversight.
• Hands-on expertise in Wi-Fi test architecture -defining and driving test coverage across connectivity, onboarding, PHY Rate, Band Steering, roaming, and end-to-end customer use cases in a live lab environment with Octoscope.
• Strong RF lab ownership and stakeholder collaboration -managing onsite lab infrastructure, coordinating device availability.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional test execution -directing both onsite and offshore engineers across density, ensuring alignment on scope, entry/exit criteria, and defect prioritization.
• Excellent onsite delivery and executive communication skills -experienced in presenting test progress, risk, and quality metrics directly to client program managers.
• Collaborate and drive the program and manage cross-functional team, from client side and offshore teams in India.
• Flexible & prior experience to work with Indian team overlapping in Indian timezone
