HVAC Regional Sales Manager - Midlands, South West and Wales

Take ownership of sales across the Midlands, South West and Wales for a HVAC solutions manufacturer including pumps, chillers, packaged plant rooms, controls & automation. You'll develop customer relationships, identify new opportunities with mechanical contractors.

• Salary to 65K + bonus. Realistic OTE 85K+
• Car allowance & paid mileage, 25 days holiday

What you'll do

• Manage assigned accounts and work towards regional bookings and shipment targets.
• Grow the customer base through relationships with customers, distributors, design engineers and mechanical contractors.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and customer presentations that communicate the value of tailored solutions.
• Work with colleagues on sales strategies and forecasts, and support sales and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• A qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering or significant sales experience in HVAC such as pumps, fans, ventilation, chillers.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC products and systems, with experience of value-based or solution selling.
• A valid driving licence
• Live on patch
