About our client
We are working with a successful mid-market private equity firm looking to hire a bright and commercially-minded investor relations associate or analyst to their investor relations team in Paris. What the job involves
The candidate will be deeply involved in the project management and execution of existing and new fundraises, with the opportunity over time to take on greater responsibility across investor coverage.

  • Support the preparation of marketing and fundraising documentation and coordinate responses to LP queries
  • Support the planning and delivery of investor events, including roadshows and AGMs
  • Perform detailed product analytics and develop competitor benchmarking
  • Identify and research prospective investors
  • Maintain CRM records of investor interactions and use market intelligence to generate insights for distribution planning
Who we are looking for
  • Prior experience in investor relations, placement agent, lead advisory or investment banking
  • A strong quantitative background, with sound financial analysis, valuation and modelling skills and confidence working with financial statements, fund performance data and investment returns
  • A genuine interest in fundraising and long-term investor relationships, with the commercial judgement, interpersonal confidence and collaborative approach required to work effectively with both investment professionals and limited partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and a high level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in French and English is required; additional languages relevant to the firm's target investor markets would be an advantage
