Data Operations Analyst

Pay Range: $20 - $26/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, research, and resolve problems related to specific request submissions, including schedule changes and new stores.
• Communicate effectively through emails, instant messaging, and meetings to address issues and provide updates.
• Train vendors and internal teams on system usage and data flow impacts.
• Handle emergency processing requests for various request types, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
• Collaborate with business units to resolve data submission issues and assist in developing reports to drive efficiencies.
• Participate in IT sessions and UAT sessions, creating and verifying test cases as needed.
• Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of ancillary systems and their interdependencies.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Associate's/2-Year Degree.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and effective organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Positive, professional attitude and exceptional customer service capabilities.
• Experience in training and coaching teams.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.
